My Fertility Plan gives you the tools you need to overcome your infertility and lead you towards the best path to grow your family.
So that we can best meet your needs depending on where you are on your infertility journey, we offer the following levels of consultation:
Getting Started. This service package is ideal for those who are newly diagnosed as having a fertility problem or have just started considering treatment options.
Moving to IVF . This service package is best for those who have attempted some fertility treatments with no success and now are thinking about moving on to in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Pursuing Third Party Reproduction. This service package caters to families who are considering the use sperm donation, egg donation, embryo donation, embryo adoption, surrogates or gestational carriers.
Traveling for Treatment. Because some families find it difficult to locate appropriate fertility care close to home, they are forced to travel for treatment. This includes people traveling domestically as well as internationally (to or from the United States.
When you make your appointment, My Fertility Plan considers you personal needs and tailors the services to meet them.
Each personalized "Fertility Plan" includes:
A thorough "intake" session that helps us get to know you and assess your unique situation, needs, questions, concerns, and family-building goals.
A comprehensive and personalized binder that includes all the information, resources, and referrals you need to understand your diagnoses and treatment options, as well as a detailed and solution-focused action plan on how to get started down the best path for building your family.
Ongoing support for three months, including:
- Weekly emails that both inspire and inform
- Up to six 50-minute telephone consultations in which we can address any questions or discuss concerns
- Up to ten email responses regarding more direct or brief questions and concerns
You can decide which level of consultation package(s) best meets your needs right now. You may chose from "Getting Started," "Moving to IVF," "Pursuing Third Party Reproduction," and/or "Traveling for Treatment. Each package costs $1,250. Discounts are available for purchasing multiple packages.
After your initial three-month period per package, you can sign up for continued ongoing My Fertility Plan support (weekly emails; two 50-minute phone sessions, and three email responses per month) for an additional $250 per month.
Can I still utilize My Fertility Plan without purchasing an entire package?
Yes, we do offer several a la carte services for those with specific, short-term questions or concerns.
- One 50-minute phone session with a My Fertility Plan consultant: $125 per call
- An email response from My Fertility Plan limited to one specific question or concern: $50 per response
When is my payment due?
All payments are due to My Fertility Plan before any services are rendered. My Fertility Plan gladly accepts personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards.
